The City of Alhambra seeks a qualified consultant to manage the Implementation Programs of the 2021-2029 Housing Element. The consultant is expected to provide technical expertise and take the lead on overseeing the day-to-day management, administration, and implementation of the Housing Plan and its' forty (40) Implementation Programs.

The consultant must be proactive in identifying required Program priorities and tasks based on the timeframes set in the Housing Element. The consultant will be also responsible for developing an efficient system to track priorities, tasks, and status for each Program that can be used by the consultant and City staff. The duration of this project is through October 31, 2029.
