The City of Albany is seeking to hire a multi-disciplined consulting team to engage in a study and implementation report of the Lark Street area environs.

This initiative will examine traffic congestion, parking and transportation issues, streetscape treatments, and gateway infrastructure to create an enhanced sense of place that will stimulate local economic growth, attract, and retain residents, visitors, and businesses. The project is being made possible through a grant from Empire State Development Corporation (Project #132,443/CFA# 81488)
