The selected firm will have demonstrated through their responses to the Village of Whitefish Bay that they possess the necessary experience and expertise to provide the Village with the design required for the redevelopment of Consaul Commons in accordance with the requirements outlined in this RFP. The selected firm is expected to work closely with Village staff, consultants, immediate stakeholders, and Village officials to develop designs that fit seamlessly with Silver Spring Drive.
